IN a recent conversation with GCID manager Lennox\u00a0Leyile, he was asked how\u00a0Glosderry\u00a0handled the issue of recycling. He replied that in\u00a0Glosderry, businesses\u00a0did\u00a0their own recycling and any unwanted item\u00a0in\u00a0public spaces\u00a0got\u00a0bagged and collected by\u00a0a truck from CCT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAny other item not collected by the\u00a0council\u00a0truck, we do a C3 Notification\u00a0on,\u00a0or it gets taken to the Council\u00a0drop-off\u00a0facility (i.e.\u00a0the dumping\u00a0site) in\u00a0Wynberg,\u201d he said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CCTV Cameras<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On the security topic, he was asked whether the GCID had any CCTV security cameras installed yet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNo,\u00a0we are still waiting for the installation of\u00a0four\u00a0CCTV Cameras in\u00a0Glosderry\u00a0in April this year\u201d, he said.\u00a0According to him the cameras would be installed at the following intersections:\u00a0Imam\u00a0Haron\u00a0\/\u00a0Wilge, Warrington \/\u00a0Wilge, Garfield \/ Warrington, and finally Chichester \/ Doncaster.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
